While he continues to accept a limited number of freelance gigs and solo performances, in late 2023, he put together a new band. THE MAHLON HAWK BAND with former GRAVITY members Mike Johnson on keys, guitar & bass and Jeff Valenta on guitar. With Mahlon on bass & vocals, as front man, they have joined together to introduce fresh new music as well as reinterpret some of your favorite oldies.
